1. The operator must be familiar with the basic knowledge and usage and maintenance methods of the machine tool structure, performance, transmission system, lubrication parts, electrical, etc. The operator must pass the assessment before operating. 2. Before working, do: 1. Check the oil volume in the oil storage area of the lubrication system to comply with the regulations; 2. The clothing, sleeves, work hats, and protective glasses must be tightened. The correct position of each handle should be checked during work. The change handle should be kept in the positioning position. It is strictly forbidden to wear scarves, gloves, skirts, sandals, and high heels to work. Wearing gloves is strictly prohibited during work. 3. Check the fuselage, guide rails and all main sliding surfaces. If there are obstacles, tools, dust and impurities, they must be cleaned, wiped and oiled. 4. Check whether there are any new pulling, grinding, or bumping injuries on the workbench, guide rails and main sliding surfaces. If there is any, record it should be made. 5.
