1. The operator must be familiar with the basic knowledge and usage and maintenance methods of the machine tool structure, performance, transmission system, lubrication parts, electrical, etc. The operator must pass the assessment before operating.
2. Before work, do:
1. Check the oil volume in the oil storage area of the lubrication system to comply with the regulations;
2. The clothing, sleeves, work hats and protective glasses must be tightened. When working, check the correctness of the positions of each handle should be kept in the positioning position. It is strictly forbidden to wear scarves, gloves, skirts, sandals, High heels operate on duty. Wearing gloves is strictly prohibited during work.
3. Check the fuselage, guide rails and all main sliding surfaces. If there are obstacles, tools, dust and impurities, they must be cleaned, wiped and oiled.
4. Check whether there are any new pulling, grinding, or bumping injuries on the workbench, guide rails and main sliding surfaces. If there is any, record it should be made.
5. Check that safety protection, braking (stop), and reversing devices should be complete and intact.
6. Check that the operating valves, switches, etc. should be in a non-working position. Whether it is flexible, accurate and reliable.
7. Check that the tool should be in a non-working position. Check whether the tool and blade are loose and check whether there are any abnormalities in the operation panel.
8. Check that the electrical distribution box should be closed firmly and the electrical grounding should be good.
3. Do it seriously at work:
1. Stay at your post, operate carefully, and do not do anything unrelated to your work. You have to stop when leaving the machine tool due to accidents.
2. Process according to process regulations. Do not increase the inlet volume and cutting speed arbitrarily. Equipment that exceeds specifications, overloads, or overweight is not allowed.
3. The first piece of processing should be inspected for action and inspection to prevent tool interference, and the first piece should be inspected in the order of 'air operation'.
4. Do not install thimbles, knife sleeves, etc. that do not match the taper or hole diameter, have marks on the surface and are not clean.
5. The milling tool does not leave the workpiece and is not allowed to stop.
6. Tools and workpieces should be clamped correctly and tightened firmly. Do not damage the equipment during loading and unloading.
7. Keep the tool sharp and the wear should be replaced in time.
8. It is not allowed to disassemble the safety protection devices on the machine tool without authorization, and equipment that lacks safety protection devices are not allowed to work.
9. When driving, tools or other irrelevant objects must not be placed on the workbench. The operator should be careful not to cause the tool to collide with the workbench.
10. Regularly remove dust and oil from the equipment, and keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface and positioning reference surface clean.
11. Pay close attention to the operation and lubrication of the equipment. If you find abnormal phenomena such as movement failure, vibration, heat, crawling, noise, odor, and bumps, you should stop immediately to check and then continue to work after troubleshooting.
