The servo system is a system powered by CNC machine tools. If a CNC machine tool does not have a servo system, then neither CNC machining nor CNC machining centers in various regions can process workpiece parts.
The servo system is very important. Once the servo system fails, the entire CNC processing production will be stopped. So how can we avoid this failure?
The servo system failure forms of CNC processing include alarm indicator lights and fuses on the CNC speed unit, as well as various protection jump switches and other alarms. The meaning of the warning indicator light varies with the design of the speed control unit. Generally, there are the following types:
1. The fuse on the CNC speed control unit is blown or the circuit breaker trips;
2. Large current causes the machine tool to alarm. Generally, there are two possibilities for large current alarms, namely, the large current alarm caused by damage to the power driving components on the CNC speed control unit of CNC machining;
3. The voltage is too low and the machine tool alarm is caused. The probability of CNC processing is very small. This may be caused by the input voltage being lower than 85% of the rated value, or the power supply is poorly connected;
4. The protection switch starts the alarm. The protection switch is a device that protects the machine tool. For example, a large voltage will burn some components and other emergency measures that cannot be controlled by the machine tool. When encountering these situations, the protection switch will start to avoid unnecessary The component is damaged, similar to safe stopping;
5. High voltage can also cause machine tool alarms. There are generally three possibilities for high voltage alarms. It may be that the CNC machining CNC input voltage exceeds 10% of the rated value, or the insulation performance in the servo motor is degraded, or High voltage caused by the circuit of the CNC machining operation speed control unit;
6. The feedback route of the detection speed is interrupted, causing an alarm. This situation is an error alarm, because there is no problem with the airport's ability, and there is a problem with the detection feedback system. This alarm is mostly the speed feedback line of the CNC servo motor. or the detection feedback line is caused by poor contact;
7. Overload alarm. The reasons for overload alarm are abnormal loads in CNC machining CNC machinery, or the upper limit of the motor current on the speed control unit is set too low. The permanent magnet falls off on the permanent magnet motor, which can also cause an overload alarm. If the CNC machined CNC motor without brakes cannot rotate by hand when it is no load or it is very difficult to rotate the shaft, it means that the permanent magnet falls off.
