1. Daily inspection of CNC lathes
Its main projects include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, rail lubrication system, cooling system, and pneumatic system. Daily inspection is to test according to the normal conditions of each system. For example, when performing process inspection of the spindle lubrication system, the power supply lamp should be on and the hydraulic pump should operate normally. If the power supply lamp is not on, the spindle should be kept stopped and contact the mechanical engineer. Carry out repairs.
2. Weekly inspection of CNC lathes processing
Its main items include machine tool parts and spindle lubrication systems, which should be properly inspected every week, especially for machine tool parts to remove iron filings and clean external debris.
3. Monthly inspection of CNC lathes for CNC machining
Mainly check the power supply and air dryer. Under normal circumstances, the power supply voltage is rated at 180V-220V and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it must be measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be removed once a month and then cleaned and assembled.
4. Seasonal inspection of CNC lathes
Seasonal inspection should be mainly conducted from three aspects: machine tool bed, hydraulic system, and spindle lubrication system. For example, when checking the machine tool bed, it mainly depends on whether the machine tool accuracy and level meet the requirements in the manual. If there are any problems, you should contact the mechanical engineer immediately. When inspecting the hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system, if there are any problems, 6oL and 20L of new oil should be replaced and cleaned.
5. Half-year inspection of CNC lathes for CNC machining
After half a year, the machine tool's hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system and X-axis should be inspected. If there is a problem, new oil should be replaced and cleaned. After fully familiarizing yourself with and mastering the knowledge of preventive maintenance, you must also have a deeper understanding of the causes and handling of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system and necessary mastery. If the oil pump does not inject fuel, abnormal pressure, noise and other phenomena occur, you should know what are the main reasons and what are the corresponding solutions.
The causes and treatment of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system should be understood from three aspects:
(1) The main reasons for the oil pump not to inject oil may be low liquid level in the oil tank, reverse oil pump, too low speed, too high oil viscosity, low oil temperature, blocked filter, too large pipe volume of oil suction pipe, and suction at the oil inlet There are broken parts of the human air, shaft and rotor, etc., and there are corresponding solutions to the main reasons, such as filling oil, confirming signs, and changing them when the oil pump reverses.
(2) The pressure is abnormal, that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reasons are also many, such as inappropriate pressure setting, poor pressure regulating valve coil operation, abnormal pressure gauge, and leakage in the oil pressure system. The corresponding solutions include disassembly and clean according to the prescribed pressure settings, changing a normal pressure gauge, and checking according to each system.
(3) Noisy noise is mainly generated by oil pumps and valves. When the valve is noisy, the reason is that the flow rate exceeds the rated standard, and the flow rate should be adjusted appropriately; when the oil pump is noisy, the reasons and corresponding solutions are also many, such as high viscosity of the oil and low oil temperature. It is the oil temperature; when there are bubbles in the oil, air in the system should be released, etc.
