Why do we emphasize safety every day? It is mainly because no matter what job you are engaged in, we must have a safety awareness prevention, just like the safe operation process of CNC processing. It is not only a need to ensure the safety of personal and equipment, but also a need to ensure that CNC processing can work normally, achieve technical performance, and give full play to its processing advantages. Therefore, the safety operating procedures of CNC processing must be strictly followed in the use and operation of CNC processing. Here we mainly introduce the safety operating procedures of CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC machining centers and special processing machine tools that are widely used in production.

CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and CNC machining centers are mainly used for the processing of non-swivel parts, especially in the mold manufacturing industry, and their safety operating procedures are as follows.

1. Safety operating procedures before starting CNC machining

(1) Wear labor protection supplies and do not wear gloves to operate the machine tool;

(2) Read the machine tool instruction manual in detail and make a safety accident before being familiar with the machine tool operation;

(3) When operating, you must be familiar with the function of each button and the operation precautions;

(4) Pay attention to the warning content on the warning signs on each part of the machine tool;

(5) Install lubricating and hydraulic oil in accordance with the requirements of the machine tool instruction manual;

(6) The tools around the machine tool should be placed neatly so that they can be placed;

(7) The protective door of the machine tool must be closed before adding.

2. Safety operating procedures in CNC machining

(1) Civilized production, concentrate energy, eliminate overdose and fatigue operations; striking, chatting, sleeping and leaving the post at will;

(2) When the machine tool is in a temperature-powered state, the operator must not open or contact the parts marked with lightning and equipped with strong electric devices on the machine tool to prevent electric shock;

(3) Pay attention to check whether the workpiece and tool are clamped correctly and reliably: After the tool is clamped, trial cutting should be performed manually;

(4) Do not remove chips during machine tool operation, and avoid touching the moving parts of the machine tool with your hands;

(5) When removing chips, use certain tools and be careful that the wood should be scratched by the chips;

(6) When measuring the workpiece, it must be performed under the machine tool stop;

(7) Do not turn on the machine when thunder is happening. Because the instantaneous high voltage and high current during lightning strikes can easily impact the machine tool, the modules are damaged or the data is lost, causing unnecessary losses.

3. Safety operating procedures after CNC machining work is completed

(1) Fill in the handover records truthfully and report problems in a timely manner.

(2) Clean the workplace and wipe the machine tool clean. Pay attention to keeping the machine tool and control equipment clean

(3) Cut off the power supply of the system and turn off the doors and windows before leaving.
