Just like some problems occur in the processing process of CNC processing, such as oil leakage, it is actually easy to see in the oil leakage position of the processing center.
The phenomenon of oil leakage is mainly caused by accessories or oil leakage in CNC lathe cylinder. If it is an accessory, maintenance is very simple. If it is a cylinder then it is troublesome, severely it will cause the machine to be scrapped. Let’s study the causes of oil leakage during CNC processing.
1. Oil change does not meet the requirements
It can often cause oil leakage during CNC processing. The problems that arise in oil change are mainly manifested in three aspects.
First, for parts that use high viscosity lubricating oil, when changing oil, use low viscosity lubricating oil at will, which will affect the sealing performance of the corresponding box, shaft holes, etc., and sometimes greatly reduce the sealing properties of these parts. ;
Secondly, if the oil tank is not cleaned when changing oil, the dirt in the oil tank may enter the lubrication system, blocking the oil circuit and wearing seals, causing oil leakage;
Third, when changing oil, the amount of oil is too high, especially in parts with rotating parts. Due to the agitation of the rotating parts, oil spills are more likely to occur.
2. Inappropriate selection and adjustment of lubricating system parts, causing oil leakage
For example, when CNC processing and maintenance personnel use oil pumps with excessive pressure or excessive oil output during maintenance, or when adjusting the system pressure, the pressure of the overflow valve, safety valve, pressure reducing valve, etc. is adjusted too high, and the flow rate of the CNC machine tool lubrication system If it is too large, it does not match the oil return system and sealing system, which will cause oil leakage.
In fact, the oil leakage during CNC processing is not just the above points. If we encounter similar problems during operation, we must check and find the cause in time to avoid unnecessary losses.
Finally, I would like to remind everyone that after purchasing it at the CNC machining center, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection to see if there are any casting defects or parts damage. If there is any, please contact the manufacturer in time. When operators use CNC machining process to process workpieces, they should also pay attention to the following points:
a. For the first trial cutting process of CNC processing, a single-stage operation mode should be used for processing;
b. When the automatic operation of the CNC milling machine starts, the fast magnification and feed magnification S are at the lowest level, and then the efficiency is improved after cutting into the workpiece;
c. In the operation of CNC milling machine processing program, you need to pay attention to the coordinate display of the CNC system;
d. It is prohibited to touch CNC milling machine tools and chips with your hands. The chip must be cleaned with a brush.
