What to do when corrosion of friction gaps occurs during CNC processing of aluminum alloy

The ways to deal with and avoid corrosion of friction gaps are:

(1) Improve the location and orientation of the inner runners where the internal watering is improperly poured;

(2) Improve the water cooling standards, which is very important to improve the strong erosion of metal material liquid;

(3) Corrode part of the gap to enhance building paint;

(4) Adjust the water flow rate of aluminum alloy liquid so that it does not cause air pockets

(5) Remove aluminum alloy adherents from the abrasives.

The production and processing of aluminum alloy die castings actually cause friction and gap corrosion! Don’t worry, you can reasonably prevent such things from happening according to the left and right methods.
