The first problem: The CNC processing process is too dispersed

This makes it difficult to ensure product quality (position tolerance) and production efficiency cannot be fully utilized.

CNC machining is generally processed according to the requirements of conventional processing technology, such as coarse first and then thin (changing tool), inside first and then outside, and reasonably selecting cutting parameters, etc., thereby improving processing quality and efficiency.

Careful use of G00 (G26, G27, G29) fast positioning instruction G00 brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if set up and used improperly, it will often cause adverse consequences such as overshoot when returning to zero due to excessive speed setting, reduced accuracy, and strain on the equipment rail surface. If the zero return line is not careful, it is easy to cause safety accidents in collision between workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when using the G00 command, you must consider it carefully and not be arbitrary.


The third question: Strengthening program search and testing issues

In CNC processing, special attention should be paid to strengthening the search and debugging of procedures. When the program enters the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, and → move keys for uncertain search, and modify the program as needed to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before formally performing program processing, a program trial run (opening) must be carried out to determine whether the processing process complies with the design process.
