When dividing CNC machining, it is necessary to flexibly grasp the structure and processability of the parts, the functions of the CNC machining center machine tool, the number of CNC machining contents of the parts, the number of installations and the production organization status of the unit. It is also recommended to adopt the principle of process concentration or process dispersion. It should be determined based on actual conditions, but it must be reasonable. The division of processes can generally be carried out in the following ways:
1. Tool centralized sorting method.
This method is to divide the process according to the tool used, and use the same tool to process all the parts that can be completed. In order to reduce tool change time, compress the empty stroke time, and reduce unnecessary positioning errors, parts can be processed according to the tool concentration process, that is, in one clamp, use one tool to process the possible parts used, and then Change another knife to process other parts. This reduces the number of tool changes, compresses the time of the space, and reduces unnecessary positioning errors.
2. Use the processing part to sort the method.
Each part has different structure shapes and the technical requirements of each surface are also different. Therefore, the positioning methods are different during processing, so the process can be divided according to the different positioning methods.
For parts with a lot of processing content, the machining part can be divided into several parts according to their structural characteristics, such as inner shape, outer shape, curved surface or flat surface, etc. Generally, the plane and positioning surface are first processed, and then the holes are processed; the simple geometric shapes are processed first, and then the complex geometric shapes are processed; the parts with lower accuracy are processed first, and then the parts with higher accuracy requirements are processed.
3. Use coarse and finishing method to sort it out.
When dividing the process according to factors such as processing accuracy, stiffness and deformation of the parts, the process can be divided according to the principle of separation of roughness and finishing, that is, rough processing first and then finishing. At this time, different machine tools or different tools can be used for processing; For parts that are prone to processing and deformation, the deformation that may occur after rough processing needs to be tidyed. Therefore, generally speaking, the processes must be separated if they need to be rough and fine processing.
