If precision parts processing depends on purely basic level to process products, then the hardware parts produced and processed cannot meet the precise statement. To improve the level and accuracy of precision parts processing, you must choose the three basic principles of essential surfaces, as follows:
Principle 1: Principle of overlapping benchmarks. The design benchmark should be selected as the positioning benchmark. Especially in the final completion to ensure accuracy, this principle should be paid more attention to. This can avoid causing position error reference deviation;
Principle 2: Principle of unified benchmarks. Various surface treatments for a unified positioning reference surface should be selected to ensure the position accuracy between each surface as much as possible; sometimes the principle of common reference should be followed and repeated processing should be repeated;
