Anyone who is engaged in CNC processing should know that during the stamping process of CNC precision parts, the risk factor is relatively high. If the operation is improper, it will cause serious damage to the CNC precision parts and the safety of the operator will also be damaged. Therefore, when CNC precision parts need to be removed from the machine, remember to follow the following operations to ensure the safety of CNC precision parts and operators.


There are two types of CNC precision parts removal: 1. Normal removal and 2. Unusual removal.

1. CNC precision parts are removed normally:

1. First, turn off the counter;

2. Use the inch switch to hit the punch to the lower dead point (180°) and cut the material tape; it is strictly forbidden to cut the material tape when the CNC precision parts are not at the lower dead point, which may easily lead to deformation of the material tape and damage to the CNC precision parts.

3. Loosen the upper and lower mold screws.

4. Push the punch to the upper dead center and pull the CNC precision parts to the center of the CNC precision parts car. When pulling the mold, two people must complete it at the same time. Do not pull the CNC precision parts one by one to ensure safety.

5. The CNC precision parts vehicle must be pulled a distance from the punching machine before the height of the CNC precision parts vehicle can be reduced. Prevent CNC precision parts car from getting stuck on the punching machine platform, causing CNC precision parts to slide off.

6. It is strictly forbidden to place the die lock screws, scissors, material hooks, flashlights, etc. on the punching machine operating surface platform when the CNC precision parts are molded.

2. CNC precision parts abnormally removed from the machine:

1. Turn off the host power supply and counter;

2. After the flywheel is completely stopped, place the plastic or paper core on the front and rear diagonal stop-high column of the CNC precision parts. It cannot be placed between the peeling plate and the mold fixing plate, nor can it be placed in CNC precision parts instead of plastic.

3. Use a safety rod to shake the flywheel (do not pull the flywheel with your hands or use a safety rod to prevent the flywheel from running before the flywheel stops). Just stick to the upper and lower stop columns.

4. Loosen the upper and lower mold screws, pull the flywheel to 0°~70° with a safety rod, and then pull the mold down.


Finally, let’s talk about the precautions for removing CNC precision parts :

1. Before pulling the CNC precision parts, you must confirm that the feed port of the CNC precision parts has been loosened and removed.

2. When CNC precision parts cannot be pulled, one person can pull outward and one person can push backward. (Don't push back both sides at the same time, and push the CNC precision parts out of the punching machine platform) You can also use the mold lift screw to wrap the screw hole of the lower mold seat, and lift both hands upwards a little and then pull them out.

3. When CNC precision parts are pulled away from the punching machine, the CNC precision parts vehicle must not turn too quickly to prevent the guide plate or material pallet from hanging the punching machine or the punching machine sound insulation cover, causing damage to CNC precision parts or sliding off.

4. Do not move the operation again when the mold is abnormal, especially after the plastic column pad of CNC precision parts.

5. After the CNC precision parts are removed, turn off the punch machine main unit and other power supplies to avoid wasting resources.

6. When CNC precision parts are shut down normally, the CNC precision parts must be moved to the guide needle to enter the circular hole of the material tape. (Prevent the material backward caused by the material not clamping the material when the feeder is not pressed and causes the belt to be wrapped.) It is strictly forbidden to put CNC. Precision parts stop at the bottom dead center. (It is easy to cause the service life of the inner mold spring)
