Longer the cable, which can improve the high efficiency of production and processing;
4. When applying extended cable trunks, you must especially master the depth of the cutter and use data such as the length of the cutter;
5. Before installing the CNC machining blade onto the machine, use a cleaning towel to wipe clean the parts where the finish is matched, and the relative parts of the CNC lathe tool cover are also clean to prevent iron pins from damaging the precision and damaging the CNC lathe;
6. Generally, the sharp knife-to-knife method is used to select the length of the CNC blade (the condition is used to match the knife in the knife). When adjusting the knife, the tool status indicated on the program flow table should be carefully checked;
7. When the program is finished or the tool is adjusted again, you should pay attention to whether the deep tool can be connected to the front. Generally, the 0.mm wire can be adjusted first, and then adjusted according to the status;
8. Rotating and disassembling blades, if water-soluble cutting oil is used, they should be soaked with grease for several minutes every half a month for maintenance, so that the internal parts of the blade can be moistened and avoid damage.
