Therefore, in order to ensure that the workpiece rebound is small, excessive cutting force should be avoided. Thin-walled parts usually tend to deform under tool pressure, and can also cause problems such as tremor, friction and even tolerance.

The key to solving these problems is to ensure the rigidity of the entire system. It is very necessary to use sharp cutting edges and correct geometric tools! In addition, aluminum alloys tend to undergo chemical reaction with cutting tools at high temperatures, and chips tend to be welded to the surface of the tool. These are all factors that have to be considered!

Aluminum alloy processing equipment needs to be able to process small and complex parts made of difficult-to-process materials (such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel) with high precision requirements. For example, processing alternatives to bones and joints is quite complicated.


Another factor that increases machining complexity is the narrow tolerance range. CNC aluminum alloy processing materials, processing accuracy, surface finish, etc. are very high, all of which require high reliability of the processing system. Therefore, extremely high requirements are put forward for machine tools, fixtures, tools, CAM software, etc.
