Machinery parts processing

During machine tools operation, the main detection objects of sensors include transmission systems, bearings and rotation systems, temperature monitoring and safety protection. The parameters of the workpiece processing sensor include machine downtime, workpiece surface roughness and machining accuracy, power, workpiece status, cooling lubricant flow rate, etc.


When using precision mechanical parts to process workpieces, sensing technology is used for process identification, that is, to determine whether the process performed is a process required to process the workpiece (workpiece); to determine whether the workpiece or blank input to the machine tool to be processed is a workpiece that needs to be processed. or blank; and determine whether the workpiece installation posture meets the requirements of the process specifications.
