With the increase in precision CNC machining parts year by year, people pay more and more attention to precision CNC machining. In order to prevent deformation and offset of precision CNC machining, we need to pay attention to some aspects.
In CNC machining, there are several aspects that need to be paid attention to.
1. Safety first, operate the machine in CNC processing;
2. Before CNC machining, tool, safety height and cutting data must be checked;
3. Before clamping the workpiece, you must first deburr to determine whether the actual size of the workpiece is consistent with the drawing size, and whether the electrode material is related to the clamp after clamping;
4. For clamping workpieces, first determine whether the clamping tool (Erowa, wise) is accurate, otherwise it needs to be recalibrated. When clamping the workpiece, pay attention to appropriate clamping force to avoid deformation of the workpiece;
5. The finishing tool must first measure the tool diameter, then measure the tool diameter on the spindle, and then measure the tool diameter to ensure the tool diameter.
6. During the processing process, pay attention to discovering problems at any time and communicate with CAM personnel to achieve the best method of processing high-quality workpieces;
7. To prevent CNC machining deformation or processing offset, pay attention to whether the rough machining allowance is sufficient. The workpiece must be recalibrated after rough machining;
8. After the CNC processing is completed, it is necessary to measure the main dimensions of the workpiece (the height of the broken surface) and wear detection of the finishing tool.
