In addition, the tool length compensation setting must be correct, otherwise empty processing or collision cannot be used.

Through the idle function of the CNC machining center, the correctness of the tool trajectory can be checked. After entering the program in the CNC machining center, the tool or workpiece can be loaded and the empty key can be pressed. At this time, the spindle does not rotate and the workbench will automatically run according to the program track. At this time, the machine tool can find whether the tool or workpiece is touching. However, in this case, it is necessary to ensure that the tool cannot be equipped with a knife when the workpiece is installed; when the tool is installed, the workpiece cannot be installed, otherwise a collision will occur.
