1. Check and fill the oil cups of each lubricating point so that the oil passage is unobstructed and the oil pipe is neat and firm;

2. Check the oil quality and keep it good.

3. Maintenance of transmission of CNC processing equipment

1. Adjust the belt to be tight and loose;

2. Check the combiner and spring to keep it safe and reliable;

3. Check and adjust the punch guide rail appropriately, and tighten the pressure plate.

1. Clean the motor and electrical box;

2. The electrical devices are safe, fixed and neat;

3. Check whether the safety limit device is safe and reliable;

4. Wear labor protection supplies correctly and it is strictly forbidden to wear slippers or sandals on the punching machine.

Check whether each lubrication point is sufficiently lubricated, whether the brake tightness is appropriate, and whether there are inclusions in each operating area;

After power is turned on, you must use a rapid jog motor to observe whether the direction of the large gear rotation is correct;

Check whether the die is installed correctly and securely, and whether there are cracks or collapses on the blade;

The motor must be started after the clutch is disengaged;

Test whether the brake, clutch and manipulator are flexible, accurate and reliable, and make several empty strokes.

After the cleaning and maintenance of CNC processing equipment is completed, the clutch must be separated, the power must be turned off, the machine tool and die must be wiped, the oil must be applied to prevent rust, and the workplace must be cleaned.
