The machine tool is affected by changes in the workshop ambient temperature, motor heating, mechanical motion friction heating, cutting heat and cooling medium, which will lead to uneven temperature rise in each part of the machine tool, resulting in changes in the morphological accuracy and processing accuracy of the machine tool. We can give a simple example. A 70mm×1650mm screw is processed on a CNC milling machine with ordinary precision. The milled workpieces are compared with the workpieces processed from 2:00-3:30 pm.
