According to the characteristics of surface contradictions, they can be divided into static pressure guide rails, sliding guide rails and rolling guide rails. These three guide rails are quite different. Everyone must have a certain understanding of this matter when carrying out CNC machining. .


The two guide rail working surfaces of the liquid static pressure guide used for CNC processing open the oil chamber and enter the grease with a certain working pressure, which can produce static pressure oil floating, so that the working surface of the guide rail is in a pure liquid contradiction without causing Damage, the precision is maintained well; at the same time, the contradiction index is also very low, which greatly reduces the output power of the transmission device; there is no crawling at low speed, large load-bearing capacity, good bending stiffness; in addition, the oil also has practical vibration absorption and strong anti-vibration ability . The static pressure guide rail can be divided into liquid static pressure guide rails and gas static pressure guide rails. The defect of the static pressure guide rail is structurally chaotic, requiring an oil supply system, and the oil supply cleanliness requirements are high. CNC lathes are increasingly using static pressure guides. The hydrostatic guide rail of CNC punch press high-speed punch press can be divided into open and closed tests.

CNC machining

The slide rails used in CNC machining have the advantages of simple structure, convenient processing, good bending stiffness and high vibration resistance. Polytetrafluoroethylene guide rail soft belt and epoxy resin wear-resistant guide rail coating are two major categories of guide rail plastics. Plastic-type sliding guide rails have contradictory characteristics, good wear resistance, bodybuilding sports stability, shock absorption and craftsmanship. The disadvantage of the slide rail is that the static contradiction index is large, and the dynamic contradiction index changes with the speed. The contradiction damages are great. It is easy to show slippage when the low speed is / (1-60 mm/min/), and later it reduces fitness exercises. The accuracy level of components is so except for the economical and practical CNC lathes, no other CNC lathes are used. At present, most CNC lathes use plastic-on-sticking guide rails, that is, a layer of plastic film soft tape is pasted on the contradictory surface of the moving guide rails. It is composed of plastic and other chemical materials.


The rolling guides used in CNC processing are to place rolling objects such as steel balls, rollers, and rolling needles in the middle of the guide rail surface, so that the sliding contradiction between the guide rail surface becomes a rolling contradiction. Compared with sliding rails, the advantages of rolling rails are: their longitude is increased, and their dynamic contradiction index and dynamic contradiction index are not much different. Therefore, their fitness exercises are stable and they are not easy to crawl when moving at low speeds; (Accuracy level High, repeatability accuracy level is 02 um); the contradiction friction resistance is small, simple movement, small damage, good precision retention, and long life. However, the tumbling guide rail has poor vibration resistance and high safety protection performance requirements. Rolling guide rails have disadvantages such as low vibration damping, which is very easy to cause overshoot or impact, low bending stiffness, high production difficulty, and relatively sensitive to rail surface deviation and stains. The rolling guide rail is very suitable for places with uniform movement, relaxation and high fitness and exercise accuracy.
