3: In terms of processing, various defects will be caused by poor control of processing technology. For example, improper control of the treatment process can cause overheating, insufficient tempering, decarbonization, etc. Temperature is too high or overheating. Poor cooling process can cause too low brightness, too deep cuts, grinding cracks, etc. to cause parts failure.


4: The design reason is that the design structure and appearance are unreasonable, resulting in the failure of the parts, such as obvious stress concentration in the high stress area of ​​the parts. Second, errors in estimating the working status of components, such as insufficient estimation of possible overloads during work, making the designed components unable to bear sufficient load.
