We must know that no matter what kind of machine it is, if it is not maintained or maintained for a long time, its lifespan will become shorter and shorter. The same is true for the equipment in CNC machining centers . Long-term continuous work will cause the equipment to appear inconsistently. Fault. So how should we carry out annual maintenance of CNC processing equipment? Let’s take a look together.
First of all, this work must be carried out with professional engineers for professional maintenance or repair.
1. The grounding protection system should have complete continuity to ensure personal safety;
2. Regular inspection of vital components such as circuit breakers, contactors, single-phase or three-phase arc extinguishers. If the wiring is loose and the noise is too high, find out the cause and eliminate hidden dangers;
3. Ensure that the heat dissipation fan in the electric cabinet is operating normally, otherwise it may cause damage to the vital parts;
4. The fuse is blown and the air switch is frequently tripped. The cause should be found in time and eliminated;
5. Check the vertical accuracy of each axis and adjust the geometric accuracy of the machine tool. Recover or meet the requirements of the machine tool. Because geometric accuracy is the basis of the comprehensive performance of machine tools. For example: poor perpendicularity of XZ and YZ will affect the coaxiality and symmetry of the processed workpiece, poor perpendicularity of the spindle to the table will affect the parallelism of the processed workpiece, etc. Therefore, the recovery of geometric accuracy is the focus of our maintenance;
6. Check the wear and clearance of each shaft motor and the screw, and check whether the support bearings at both ends of each shaft are damaged. When the coupling or bearing is damaged, it will increase the noise of the machine tool operation, affect the transmission accuracy of the machine tool, damage the screw cooling seal ring, resulting in leakage of cutting fluid, and seriously affect the life of the screw and spindle;
7. Check the protective covers of each shaft and replace them if necessary. If the protective cover is not good, it will directly accelerate the wear of the guide rail. If there is a large deformation, it will not only increase the load of the machine tool, but also cause great damage to the guide rail;
8. The straightening of the screw is caused by the deformation of the screw after the machine tool collision or the iron gap is not good, which directly affects the processing accuracy of the machine tool. We first relax the screw to make it in a natural state, and then install the screw in accordance with the maintenance procedures to ensure that the screw is not subject to tangential force during movement, so that the screw is also in a natural state during processing;
9. Check and adjust the belt transmission system of the machine tool spindle, adjust the tightness of the V belt appropriately to prevent the machine tool from slipping or throwing during processing, replace the spindle V belt if necessary, and check the pressure belt for the high and low gear conversion of the 1000r/min spindle How much oil does the wheel cylinder cost? If necessary, oil shortage will cause failure during low-grade conversion, seriously affecting the surface roughness during milling and reducing the cutting torque;
10. Cleaning and adjusting the tool magazine. Adjust the rotation of the tool magazine to be parallel to the tabletop, replace the spring when necessary, adjust the angle of the spindle orientation bridge and the rotation coefficient of the tool magazine, and add lubricating grease to each moving part;
11. Prevent the system from overheating: Check whether the cooling fans on the CNC cabinet are working properly. Check whether the air duct filter is blocked. If too much dust accumulates on the filter and is not cleaned in time, it will cause the temperature in the CNC cabinet to be too high;
12. Regular maintenance of input/output devices of CNC system: Check whether the machine tool transmission signal cable is damaged, whether the interface and connector screws are loose and fall off, whether the network cable is inserted stably, router cleaning and maintenance, etc.
13. Regular inspection and replacement of DC motor brushes: excessive wear of DC motor brushes affects the performance of the motor and even causes motor damage. To this end, the motor brushes should be regularly inspected and replaced, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, machining centers, etc., and should be inspected once a year;
14. Regularly check and replace storage batteries: Generally, rechargeable battery maintenance circuits are provided for CMOS RAM storage devices in CNC systems to ensure that the contents of the system can maintain its memory during the out of power. In general, even if it has not failed, it should be replaced every year to ensure the system is working properly. The battery replacement should be carried out under the power supply state of the CNC system to prevent the information in the RAM from being lost during replacement;
15. Clean the electrical components in the control cabinet, check and tighten the fastening status of the terminals; clean and clean the CNC system control module, circuit board, fan, air filter, heat dissipation device, etc.; clean the internal components, circuit board, Fan, check the tightening status of the plug-in.
After reading the above description, are you still sitting around with your CNC processing equipment ? Anyway, it only once a year, so hurry up and keep it for reference at the end of the year.
